Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the BEELARVA platform operated by Wuhan Yiju Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“the Platform”). By registering, signing in, or using any service, you agree to these Terms.
1Services
The Platform provides AI website generation, multilingual site hosting, publishing and AI-visibility diagnostics, as described on the product pages and per your chosen plan. Features evolve continuously; core paid features (site generation and published-site availability) within a paid subscription term will not be adversely changed without your consent.
2Account
You must register with a valid mobile phone number and keep your credentials secure. Actions under your account are deemed yours. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use; losses caused by your own disclosure of credentials are yours to bear.
3Plans & Payment
The Free plan operates within published quotas; Pro / Max plans are annual subscriptions at published prices. Subscriptions activate upon payment. If a subscription lapses, sites are downgraded per product rules; your data remains exportable during the retention period. For refunds of unconsumed service, contact support.
4AI-Generated Content
Pages and copy are generated with AI assistance and may contain inaccuracies — review before publishing. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of what you publish, and you retain rights to your input materials and confirmed published content, subject to the Platform’s rights in the underlying generation technology.
5Acceptable Use
You may not use the Platform to create or distribute illegal or infringing content, or to interfere with platform operation. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
6Availability
We aim for industry-standard availability. Brief outages due to force majeure, upstream providers, or scheduled maintenance are not breaches. Material changes will be announced in advance.
7Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; aggregate liability is capped at the fees you actually paid.
